3. GAMES:

1. Jelly/gun fight- Zoe, Jonelle, Jordan Enya

2. Minion piñata- Rebecca, Jackie, Kristen

3. Spy training & chicken chase- Nikita, Zoe, Tara, Shyanne, Lizzie, Tyler


4. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING – BDC Students & some performers

1. Posters and flyers

2. Arrange promotional visits to local schools




5. LOGISTICS AND STAGE MANAGEMENT

1. Liase with box office, TTA, Site staff, Finance for running event in school and stalls and games manager for financing food, props, costume, tables etc

2. Legal stuff like distribution rights

3. Managing the timing of events, stalls, games, meet and greet and coming and going of audience on the day
